Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, add the items you would like to your basket, and complete the checkout process. Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Changes can only be made while your order has not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@modernbritwear.com if you need to make any amendments.
I haven't received an order confirmation — what should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, get in touch with us at info@modernbritwear.com and we will be happy to help.
What is the cut-off time for same-day order processing?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT) on business days (Monday to Friday) are generally registered the same day and processed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping
Which countries does Modern Brit Wear deliver to?
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
How long does delivery take?
After your order has been processed (1–2 business days), delivery takes a further 4–6 business days. The estimated total delivery time is therefore 5–8 business days. During busy periods or in the event of carrier delays, it may occasionally take a little longer.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free of charge on all orders within the United Kingdom.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number where available. You can use this to check the status of your delivery at any time.
Are there any customs charges for UK deliveries?
No. As we deliver within the United Kingdom, no customs duties or import charges apply.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes can only be made before your order has been dispatched. Please contact us as early as possible at info@modernbritwear.com.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes. As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
How do I start a return?
Please contact us first at info@modernbritwear.com or by phone at +44 7367 101318. Do not send any items back without contacting us first. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
What condition must items be in to be returned?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All original tags must still be attached. Items must show no signs of use, including stains, foreign odours, pet hair, or makeup residue.
Who pays for return postage?
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer where no fault or defect is present. We recommend using a tracked and insured service. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method as the original purchase. Please allow a few additional business days for your bank to process the payment.
What should I do if my item arrived damaged or faulty?
Please contact us straight away at info@modernbritwear.com and include photos of the affected items and their packaging. In this case, we will cover the return postage costs.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-DSS certified payment providers. We do not store any complete payment details on our systems at any time.
What currency are transactions processed in?
All transactions are processed in British Pounds (GBP). Depending on your bank, currency conversion fees may apply — these are outside of our control.
My payment was declined — what can I do?
Please double-check the payment details you have entered and ensure sufficient funds are available. If the issue persists, please contact your bank or payment provider directly.
