These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders, offers, and contracts between Modern Brit Wear and its customers. Any differing or supplementary conditions proposed by the customer shall not apply unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.

4. Product Listings and Offers

All product listings on our website are non-binding and subject to availability. Product descriptions, images, measurements, and technical details are maintained to the best of our knowledge. Minor variations in colour, texture, or material — resulting from production tolerances or differences in screen display — do not constitute a defect, provided the product remains fit for its intended purpose.

5. Formation of Contract

A binding purchase contract is formed once you have placed an order and received an order confirmation from us by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders — for example, in the event of obvious pricing errors, unavailability of stock, or reasonable suspicion of misuse of our website.

6. Right of Cancellation

Consumers have a statutory right to cancel their order within 30 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

7. Care of Goods During the Cancellation Period

While the cancellation period is in effect, you are expected to handle the goods with reasonable care. You may inspect the items to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality — but only to the extent you would be able to do so in a physical store. If the goods are used beyond this and their value is diminished as a result, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from any refund issued.

8. Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and have been produced based on an individual specification or personal requirement, or that have been clearly customised to meet the customer's personal needs. All other statutory exceptions to the right of cancellation also apply.

9. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable VAT. The price shown at the time of ordering is the price that applies. Price changes after an order has been confirmed will not affect that order.

11. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Once your order has been placed, our standard processing time is 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days. Orders can be placed on business days (Monday to Friday) before 4:00 PM (GMT). Shipping is free of charge.

Where an open-ended contract exists between Modern Brit Wear and a customer, either party may terminate it in accordance with applicable statutory provisions.
